1. What products do you sell?
We specialize in home decor products that promote well-being and create cozy environments. All our items are portable and designed to help improve the quality of your living space.
2. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our website, choose your desired products, and add them to your cart. Then, proceed to checkout where you'll provide shipping details and select a payment method.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Brazil. We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking code via email or WhatsApp. You can use this code to track your order through our website or on the Correios website.
5. What are your shipping methods and costs?
We offer two shipping options:
- PAC Correios (Free Shipping): Estimated delivery time of 7 to 12 business days.
- Express Shipping (R$29.54): Estimated delivery time of 6 to 10 business days.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
- PAC Correios: Delivery time varies between 7 to 12 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery time varies between 6 to 10 business days.
Please note that the delivery times may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.
7. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel or modify it. However, if there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist you.
8. How do I return or exchange an item?
You can return or exchange a product within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is in unused and original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for more details.
9. How do I get a refund?
Refunds are processed according to the payment method used for the purchase. For payments made by credit card, the refund will be processed by the card issuer. For Pix or bank transfer payments, the refund will be made directly to your account.
10. Do you offer gift cards?
Currently, we do not offer gift cards, but we are working on adding this feature in the future.
11. What should I do if my order is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order details and pictures of the damaged product. We will either replace the item or issue a refund.
